HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Simply email us at customerservices@lovedecore.co.uk within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If your registered email address is a Hotmail account, the order confirmation email may fall into your Spams / Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please email us at inspire@lovedecore.co.uk and we will investigate further.
WILL COVID-19 AFFECT MY LOVEDECORE ORDER?
In view of the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services may still cause slight delays. Thanks for your patience while we work hard to get your order to you!
HOW DO I TRACK MY LOVEDECORE ORDER?
We use couriers such as DPD, Parcelforce and APC. Most offer a tracking service and once your item has shipped, we’ll send you an email with tracking information which will be live once it has been scanned at the courier’s depot.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Any discount code must be entered in the "enter discount code" field on the second step “Review & Payments”. You can’t combine different offers with each other.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
No. We currently ship to mainland UK.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Delivery timescale are estimated depending on stock status and availability. Items in stock are unusually delivered to you within 2 - 7 working days once shipped.
Please note: Items may arrive in separate packages and/or on different dates.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
All our orders are backed by our no questions asked 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - if you don't love your items, simply send it back to us for a full refund. Go to 'Returns & Refunds' menu option at the bottom of the page to start your return. As soon as we have processed and approved your return, a return confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you used at the time of the order.
Important: The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were in when they were delivered to you. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs on returns that are not damaged or incorrect.
MY PRODUCTS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during shipment. Simply go to out Returns & Refunds page and fill out the simple form and we will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages in the email.
